BALA CYNWYD, PA—Keystone Property Group has secured a 135,000-sq.-ft. lease expansion with Allen Distribution at 7132 Daniels Drive in Allentown, Pa.
Allen Distribution, a third-party logistics provider, is located in Carlisle, Pa., and is expanding from space at 3041 Schoeneck Road in Allentown. Gelcor Inc. represented Keystone, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction. Currently, there is 100,000 sq. ft. available for lease at the building.
The 290,000-sq.-ft. property consists of 130,000 sq. ft. of cross-dock warehouse space, 155,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing/warehouse space and 5,000 sq. ft. of office space. The building features a partial cross-dock configuration with loading on three sides. Additional features include 22-ft. to 28-ft. clear ceilings, 33 loading docks with levelers, three drive-in bays, rail access, 53+ trailer storage stalls, 103 surface parking spaces and 73 Industrial trailer spaces.
