Levin Wins Three Management, Leasing Assignments in N.Y. and N.J.

NEW JERSEY—Levin Management has won three new management and leasing assignments for six properties in New York and New Jersey.

The first assignment is a portfolio of four, privately owned shopping centers on Route 303 in Tappan, N.Y. Totaling 76,000 sq. ft., properties include:

• Tappan Plaza, a 44,000-sq.-ft. center with tenants such as Duke’s Ocean Grill, Subway and Wendy’s, among others;

• A fully leased 15,000-sq.-ft. shopping center anchored by a recently opened Retro Fitness; and

• Stateline Plaza I and Stateline Plaza II, two strip centers totaling 17,000 sq. ft.

In its second new assignment, Levin Management is overseeing 16,000 sq. ft. of space in Irvington, N.J. Located on Springfield Avenue, the property is fully leased.

In addition, Levin Management was appointed to manage a 15,000-sq.-ft., bank-owned property in central New Jersey. The company is working to stabilize the asset and position it for sale.
