NEW JERSEY—Pacific Controls Inc. has purchased 100 Franklin Square Drive, a 108,410-sq.-ft. office building in Somerset. The company plans to occupy vacant space on the top two floors of the Class B property.
Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Shawn Straka represented Pacific Controls.
The four-story building includes a marble lobby, tenant-controlled HVAC system, on-site food service and parking.
Currently, 100 Franklin Square Drive is 33 percent leased. The building is located in close proximity to -287 and Routes 22, 28, 202 and 206. Amenities in the area include shopping, dining and hotels.
