Rainbow Opens Store in Somerdale, N.J.

NEW JERSEY-Rainbow, a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based apparel chain, has opened a new, 6,000-sq.-ft. store at CooperTowne Center in Somerdale, N.J. The 366,865-sq.-ft. shopping center is owned by Purchase, N.Y.-based National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC).

Located at the intersection of White Horse Pike/Route 30 and Evesham Avenue/Route 544 in Somerdale, CooperTowne Center includes tenants such as Walmart Supercenter, Cinemark Theatres and LA Fitness, among others.

“Bringing regional apparel brands such as Rainbow to CooperTowne Center supports our objective to deliver a diversity of retailers to this project,” said Dovid M. Spector, director of retail leasing at NRDC.
