5 Worth Street Acquires South Hackensack Industrial Property

NEW JERSEYA & M Partners LLC has completed its disposition of 5 Worth Street in South Hackensack, N.J. to buyer 5 Worth Street LLC. NAI James E. Hanson Vice President Steven G. Leitner represented the seller, while Vice Presidents Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter represented the buyer.

Totaling 3,600 sq. ft. of industrial space, the property is in close proximity to Routes 80, 46, 17, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike.

“The buyer plans to either occupy the building or lease it, and South Hackensack and Hackensack provide a large base of potential tenants,” Leitner said.
