Wrist North America Signs 37,000 SF Lease in New Providence

NEW JERSEY—Wrist North America, an international shipping company, has signed a 10-year, 37,000-sq.-ft. lease at 755 Central Ave. in New Providence, N.J.

NAI James E. Hanson Vice President Barry J. Cohorsky and Sales Associate Russell Verducci represented the tenant in the transaction.

Wrist North America is relocating from Metuchen to its new space.

Built in 1961, 755 Central Ave. is a 62,000-sq.-ft. industrial site. A single-story warehouse, the building is set on a four-acre lot and includes 19-ft. ceilings and ample parking.
