GFI Sells Two Crown Heights Apartment Buildings For $3.65M

NEW YORK—A local investor has picked up 1409-1415 St. Johns Place for $3.65 million. GFI Realty Services Inc.’s Shulem Paneth, senior broker, represented the sellers, while Yosef Katz, director, represented the buyers.

Constructed in the early 1900s, the two properties are walk-up apartment buildings located in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. Comprised of approximately 36,000 sq. ft., the buildings contain 40 apartment units taken together.

The properties are in close proximity to public transportation and Lincoln Terrace Park.
