NYC's Kushner Recommits to N.J. Multifamily with Acquisition of Two Complexes for $57.5M

NEW YORK—New York-based Kushner Companies has paid $57.5 million to acquire two multifamily complexes in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. from Skyline and Boulevard Associates.

Weiss Realty represented owners Skyline and Boulevard Associates in the investment transaction. Jaime and Matthew Weiss brokered this transaction on behalf of the selling entitles Herbert Klein and Hekemian & Company.

“This is the highest price on record we are aware of for a garden apartment complex in Bergen County,” said Jaime Weiss.

Built in 1948, The Boulevard Apartments consist of 214 multifamily apartment units and is located in close proximity to public transportation and neighborhood retail centers. The Skyline apartment complex is a seven-building, 124-unit, garden-style property centrally located to major roadways.
