NY Committee for Occupational Safety and Health Finds a New Home

NEW YORK—The New York Committee for Occupational Safety and Health (NYCOSH) signed a 1,920-sq.-ft. lease at 61 Broadway. NYCOSH will be relocating from 116 John Street, which is currently under redevelopment into residential properties.

Amy Lawrence of Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc. represented the tenant while David Israni and Mona Huegel represented the landlord, Broad Street Development, in the transaction. Asking rent was $33 per sq. ft.

NYCOSH is a membership organization of workers, unions, community-based organizations and health and legal professionals dedicated to extending and defending every people’s rights to a safe and healthful work environment. NYCOSH also provides training and resources to workers while advocating for laws and regulations.
