Civic Entertainment Takes Up 16th Floor on Park Avenue

NEW YORK—Civic Entertainment LLC, a branding and marketing firm, has leased 9,361 sq. ft. of space at 470 Park Avenue South, occupying the entire 16th floor of the property. Civic Entertainment, LLC is moving from 450 Park Avenue South and will occupy its new space for approximately seven years in this lease agreement.

JRT Realty Group Inc. is the exclusive agent for 470 Park Avenue South, a TIAA-owned property. With the signing of Civic Entertainment’s lease, the property is fully occupied.

The JRT Realty Group team of Greg Smith, executive vice president, John Thompson, senior director, and Kate Pezzolla, associate, represented the building ownership to close the deal. Representing the tenant was Allen Gurevich of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Totaling 292,061 sq. ft., 470 Park Avenue South is a prewar, double-towered Class A office building located between 31st and 32nd Streets. The property was constructed in 1912. Recent upgrades to the facility include a new marble lobby with updated security system and card key access. The property also features 11-ft. ceiling heights, a staffed lobby and close proximity to a number of public transportation options.
