ComScore Takes 10th Floor at 7 Penn Plaza

NEW YORK—ComScore Inc. has signed a new, 24,150-sq.-ft. lease to occupy the entire 10th floor at 7 Penn Plaza, a property owned and managed by The Feil Organization. ComScore plans to take occupancy in the first quarter of 2013.

The company, an Internet marketing research firm, is relocating from 5 Penn Plaza.

David W. Turino represented The Feil Organization; Clayton T. Kline of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. represented the tenant. Brian Palumbo and Michele Frankel worked as in-house legal counsel for Feil.

Located on 7th Avenue between 30th and 31st Streets and across the street from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, 7 Penn Plaza is currently undergoing renovations, which includes a new lobby with a two-story entryway, canopied entrance, modern reception desk, cove lighting and granite finishes. The property will also receive updated corridors and bathrooms throughout its 17 stories.
