Consolo & Aquino Arrange First Armani Junior Flagship in U.S.

NEW YORK CITY— Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group has orchestrated a long-term lease for the first Armani Junior stand-alone flagship in the United States at 1225 Madison Avenue. Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president, handled the assignment.

The new lease represents the last of the availabilities in a five-store block-front repositioned by Consolo and Aquino. The other stores in this group are Christopher Fischer Cashmere, Robert Marc Eyewear, Malia Mills and Pink Chicken ‘Tween.

Neighboring retailers along the corridor include Brooks Brothers, Ankasa, Jacadi, Rachel Riley, J.Crew, Buckhouse, Jack Rogers, Joie, Koos, Intimacy, Ann Crabtree, Rose Pope Maternity and The Shoe Box.

Consolo and Aquino represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Isaacs and Company.
