NEW YORK–Cosmic Studios has signed a 9,300-sq.-ft. lease at 345 Ten Eyck Street in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Kamon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. (KDA) broker Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez represented Cosmic Studios in the deal; Pinnacle Realty of New York represented the owner.
Located between Morgan Avenue and Waterbury Street, 345 Ten Eyck Street includes a full sprinkler system and 2,500 sq. ft. of parking space. The property is in close proximity to major thoroughfares such as Flushing and Metropolitan avenues and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway as well as to public transportation.
Cosmic Studios serves as an art studio for artist Rashid Johnson. This lease marks an expansion for the company.
