Development Site On Market for $17 Million

NEW YORK CITY—Priced at $17 million, 98-100 Greenwich Street has plans for the construction of a 24-story, 180-room boutique hotel, which is comprised of approximately 70,000 sq. ft. buildable.

The site is currently occupied by a vacant five-story mixed-use building located two blocks south of the World Trade Center Memorial, close to Battery Park overlooking the Hudson River to New Jersey and numerous shopping and dining establishments.

Eastern Consolidated’s Alan P. Miller, executive managing director with Paul J. Nigido, senior financial analyst, along with Joe Genovese of Lee Odell Real Estate Inc. are actively promoting the sale on behalf of the seller, McSam Hotel Group LLC.

The precise location of the property is on the western side of Greenwich Street, between Rector and Carlisle Streets.
