Golfsmith Leases Remaining Retail Space at 420 Fifth Ave. for Flagship

NEW YORK—Golfsmith has leased 14,452 sq. ft. of space at 420 Fifth Ave., bringing the retail condominium to full occupancy. The custom gold club, apparel and accessories chain signed a more than 12-year lease, with 2,000 sq. ft. on the ground floor and 12,000 sq. ft. on the property’s second floor, which will serve as the company’s flagship location.

George Constantin, president and CEO of Heritage Realty Services, represented the landlord, Heritage Realty Services, in the transaction, while Peter Ripka, Andrew Mandell and Richard Skulnik of Ripco Real Estate, which serves as exclusive broker for the property, represented the tenant.

The retail condominium at 420 Fifth Ave. includes 72,000 rentable sq. ft. of space.
