GTIS Partners Hires Feldstein as Counsel, Managing Director

NEW YORK CITY—GTIS Partners L.P., a real estate firm headquartered in New York City with an office in São Paulo, has hired Thomas M. Feldstein in the capacity of managing director and general counsel.

Prior to joining GTIS, Feldstein was an attorney in private practice providing transactional legal services for a variety of clients, including GTIS. From 2002 through 2009, Feldstein was a managing director at Tishman Speyer, initially responsible for supervising Tishman Speyer’s legal activities in the Midwest and Western United States. From 2004 through 2009, he served as the CEO of the Tishman Speyer Office Fund, a property trust listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. While at Tishman Speyer Feldstein was resident in Sydney, Australia and in San Francisco, California.

Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Feldstein was a partner in the San Francisco law firm of Greene Radovsky Maloney & Share LLP.
