Japanese Chocolatier Enters U.S. Market with Store on Madison

NEW YORKRoyce’ Chocolate, based in Japan, will open its first U.S. location at 509 Madison Ave. in Midtown Manhattan where the chocolatier will occupy 375 sq. ft. of space. ABS Partners Real Estate LLC’s Dean Valentino and Jay Einbender represented Royce’ in the transaction.

Constructed in 1929, 509 Madison Ave. stands 21 stories high.

Royce’ was founded in 1983 in Sapporo, Japan. Today the company has more than 40 overseas locations. The chocolatier is most well known for its Nama Chocolate.
