Maserati Subleases 25,000 SF at 610 West 54th Street for New Showroom

NEW YORK—Italian automaker Maserati has signed a sublease for 25,000 sq. ft. of space on the ground floor at 610 West 54th Street, a 326,000-sq.-ft. art deco commercial property that was once known as Warner Bros. Pictures’ movie lab building. Lee & Associates NYC was the sublease broker on behalf of Maserati of Manhattan, with CBRE as the broker representing the existing tenant, Grainger. Taconic Investment Partners is the property owner.

Maserati plans to renovate the space exterior with new cladding, windows and enhanged storefront. The showroom, which is slated to open this spring, will include a rotating display of top-selling models and will be located on the West 54th Street side of the building.

“We quickly outgrew our first location and recognized the need not only for a second showroom but for a dedicated Manhattan service center,” said Stuart Hayim, exclusive Maserati franchisee in New York City.
