NEW YORK—Midtown Cardiovascular LLC has signed a 3,500-sq.-ft. lease at 450-460 Park Avenue South. The medical practice is relocating its office from 444 Park Avenue South.
Elliot Zelinger of Savitt Partners represented Midtown Cardiovascular in the long-term lease transaction, while Jovani Rampersad of The Moinian Group acted on behalf of the ownership, 460 Park Avenue South Associates LLC.
Convenient to Grand Central and Penn Station, 450-460 Park Avenue South is one block from the subway. Mimio.com and MPhasis Corporation are also tenants in the building.
Midtown Cardiovascular provides monitored exercise facilities to counseling on diet and weight loss and prevention efforts to help patients modify cardiovascular risks.
