Private Investor Pays $1.4M for Bedford Stuyvesant Multifamily Property

NEW YORK—A private, local investor has paid $1.4 million for 403 Macon Street, a 1900s walk-up apartment building located in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.

Yosef Katz, a director of GFI Realty Services Inc., and Yisroel Pershin, also of GFI Realty Services Inc., represented the seller, a private local investor. Shlomo Antebi, a director of GFI Realty Services Inc., represented the buyer in the transaction.

Located in close proximity of Fulton Street, the property is comprised of four stories containing 16 apartment units and totals approximately 14,240 sq. ft. of space.
