NEW YORK CITY—Rose Associates has promoted Jennifer D. Cline to Managing Director. Cline joined Rose in 2005 as a human resource generalist, and served most recently as director.
Cline will have overall responsibility for the human resources and payroll functions for more than 2,500 Rose employees. Managing a team of 11, she will design strategic HR plans for a variety of large residential properties throughout New York City. She will manage labor relations across eight separate unions and also handle benefits development and administration.
Prior to joining Rose, she was a member of the Medical Staffing Network where she oversaw the HR needs of 15 hospitals in three states. A trained HR analyst, she spent seven years in the U.S. Army managing staffing at posts in California, North Carolina and New York.
Cline is a graduate of the University of Denver and she received a Masters in Human Resources from Chapman University. She is a member of the Association of Real Estate Women and the Society for Human Resource Management. Cline received her PHR certification in 2005.
