Three-Story Retail Property Sells for $3.2M in Brooklyn

NEW YORKAn anonymous buyer has paid $3.2 million for a three-story retail property located at 80 Jamaica Ave. in Brooklyn. Winick Realty Group L.L.C. Senior Managing Director Zach Mishaan negotiated the acquisition on behalf of the buyer.

The seller was represented by Ken Zakin, Hymie Dweck and Randall Liberman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Totaling 17,676 sq. ft. of space, the building features 5,900-sq.-ft. floor plates on each floor and sits on a 30,000-sq.-ft. lot. The ground floor retail has been home to a Citibank branch location since 1973 and the tenant will remain in place for the duration of its long-term lease.
