Two SoHo Buildings Go for $200M

NEW YORKStellar Management and Imperium Capital acquired two SoHo commercial buildings located at 161 Avenue of the Americas and 233 Spring Street for a reported purchase price of $200 million.

Located within the Hudson Square Business Improvement District, the properties offer close proximity to West Houston Street, Canal Street, 6th Avenue and Hudson River.

Known as the Butterick Building, 161 Avenue of the Americas was built in 1903 and totals 320,000 sq. ft. Tenants include Harris Interactive and Post Factory, among others.

233 Spring Street is comprised of 10 stories and was constructed in 1927.

Home to almost 35,000 people working in advertising, design, media, communications and other innovation economy businesses, Hudson Square is a major creative and media location and one of the most desirable commercial districts in Manhattan.
