NEW YORK—WPP Group USA Inc. has renewed its lease at 100 Park Ave. and will occupy 43,294 sq. ft. of space on the entire fourth floor.
Totaling 825,815 sq. ft. of space, 100 Park Ave. stands 36 stories high and is LEED certified. Additional tenants at the property, which is owned by SL Green Realty Corp., include BDO, Aetna Life Insurance Co. and Aecom Technology Corp., among others.
