Daniel Kawahara has joined The Missner Group as vice president of development and acquisitions. Kawahara is responsible for development and acquisition initiatives, including leveraging the firm's construction, development and acquisitions group to structure project transactions. Previously, Kawahara served as a director at Wrightwood Capital.

David Snyder has joined KBS Capital Advisors as chief financial officer. He will be responsible for the company's growing portfolio of non-traded publicly offered real estate investment trust (REIT) products. Previously, Snyder served as vice president and controller for Nationwide Health Properties.

Russell Cosby has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as executive vice president of office tenant representation. He will be responsible for servicing clients and expanding the brokerage's business base. Previously, Cosby served as founding principal of Magellan Commercial Realty.

Kamal Jafarnia has joined American Realty Capital as executive vice president and chief compliance officer of Realty Capital Securities. He will be dealer manager for affiliated real estate investments and also senior vice president of American Realty Capital Advisors.
