Michael Cello joins UGL Equis' Chicago headquarters office as vice president. He will be responsible for leveraging strategic guidance and implementing tenant-focused commercial real estate services to local and national clients. Previously, Cello gained experience by working in private practice and with corporate executives in all phases of facility acquisitions.

Andrew Herron has joined Colliers International as vice president of the tenant representative services division. He will oversee office and industrial leasing in the firm's Orange County office. Previously, Herron served as a tenant representative for Saywitz Co. in Newport Beach, Calif.

Darrell Betts has joined Thompson National Properties LLC as chief investment officer and president of the firm's Middle East Fund in Houston. He will oversee acquisitions and funding equity for the fund. Previously, Betts served as a senior vice president at Grubb & Ellis Co.

Carl Johnson has joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services' Phoenix office as vice president. He will oversee leasing and sales of industrial buildings, land and investment properties. Previously, Johnson launched the firm Johnson Commercial Properties.
