Stephen Cassidy has been promoted to president of Denholtz Associates, a privately held development, investment and management company. He will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the firm, where he formerly held the position of chief financial officer. Previously, Cassidy served as a senior manager with Schonbraun McCain Group.
Michael Girimonti has joined Transwestern Realty Finance Partners as senior vice president. Girimonti will be responsible for sourcing high-yield debt investments for the firm's mezzanine investment portfolio in New York. Previously, Girimonti worked for JP Morgan.
Scott Prigge has been promoted to senior vice president of national property operations for Regency Centers. He will remain in the firm's Atlanta office and oversee property operations of more than 450 shopping centers. Previously, Prigge served as vice president of property operations.
Mason Sleeper has joined The Praedium Group as principal. He will be responsible for investments in mezzanine and debt opportunities and expanding the firm in the credit market. Previously, Sleeper served as a managing director at Credit Suisse.
