LOCATION: Alexandria, Va.

SIZE: The 1.7 million sq. ft. office complex will have two multi-story towers of 15 and 17 stories, two parking garages and public transportation facilities serving Mark Center and the community.

BUZZ: The complex will become part of Fort Belvoir and involves relocation of Department of Defense personnel from leased space in Northern Virginia.
