David Hand has been appointed investment head for China for Jones Lang LaSalle. He will facilitate transactions with local and international developers and investors throughout China by leveraging relationships of the Pan-China investment teams. Previously, Hand was managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle Beijing and head of the China Retail Business unit.

Christie Kelly has joined Duke Realty Corp. as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Previously, she held leadership roles for GE Real Estate, GE Capital, GE Corporate Audit and GE Medical Systems. In 2007, she joined Lehman Brothers as senior vice president of global real estate.

Steve Rokoszewski has joined American Realty Capital Trust as vice president of its affiliate, Realty Capital Securities LLC. He will manage the affiliate's internal sales team to market the trust nationwide to broker dealers. Earlier, he was with KBS Capital Markets Group.

Edward Kang has joined Studley as managing director of investment banking and advisory practices. He will devise creative financing and investment solutions for Studley clients. Previously, he was a vice president of Lehman Brothers' real estate private equity group.
