Vitech Signs Long-term Renewal, Extension on Park Avenue South

NEW YORK—Vitech Corp. has renewed and extended its 42,200-sq.-ft. global headquarters lease at 401 Park Ave. South in Midtown South Manhattan. Dennis Someck of Lee & Associates represented Vitech in the transaction, while Mark S. Stein, SVP, and Jason Vacker, VP, acted in-house on behalf of Meringoff Properties, the leasing agent for ownership.

A systems engineering and architecting software solution provider, Vitech signed a 10-year renewal to occupy two floors of the 12-story, 252,000-sq.-ft. property, which recently received updates to its lobbies.

“Midtown South has firmly established itself as a magnet for high-tech, creative companies, including ad agencies, digital enterprises and design firms--tenants whose preferences are to be situated in a trendy, burgeoning business environment, surrounded by popular dining, hotels and entertainment venues,” said Stephen Meringoff, principal, Meringoff Properties.
