Winegardner & Hammons Inc. J. Erik Kamfjord has been promoted from president and CEO to chairman and CEO of Cincinnati-based Winegardner & Hammons Inc. He is responsible for providing the company with day-to-day operations. Kamfjord has more than 30 years with the firm. Also, Keith Daub has been promoted from senior vice president of operations to president and COO. A 12-year veteran of the firm, Daub is responsible for directing daily operations.

Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Co. Dan Stevens has been promoted from CFO and vice president to COO of Greenbelt, Md.-based Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Co. He is responsible for day-to-day operations. Stevens is a 13-year veteran of the company.

Transwestern Commercial Services Robert A. Bagguley has been named management services group president of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services. Also a member of the board of directors, Bagguley is responsible for property, facilities and project management, agency leasing and utility deregulation. Previously, he served as asset services senior managing director for New York-based Cushman & Wakefield.

Also, Steven E. Pumper has been promoted from executive vice president of owner advisory services and executive vice president of national marketing to president of owner advisory services. He is responsible for advising third-party institutional clients on industry developments. Previously, he served as senior managing director for New York-based Insignia/Barnes Morris.

Quill Corp. Lawrence J. Morse has been named president of Framingham, Mass.-based Quill Corp., a subsidiary of Boston-based Staples Inc. Morse assumes the responsibilities of Jack Miller, Quill's founder and president, who retired in January. Morse is a 12-year veteran of Quill, a marketer of office supplies through catalogs and Quillcorp.com.

Northland Investment Corp. David P. Morency has joined Newton, Mass.-based Northland Investment Corp. as chief accounting officer. He is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative operations. Previously, Morency served as controller and principal accounting officer at Boston-based MGI Properties.

McLarand Vasquez Emsiek & Partners Inc. Richard F. Emsiek has been promoted from principal to partner of Irvine, Calif.-based McLarand Vasquez Emsiek & Partners Inc. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm, which focuses on residential and resort properties. Emsiek is a 15-year veteran of the firm.

Windsor Capital Group Mike Cryan has joined Los Angeles-based Windsor Capital Group as president and COO. He is responsible for expanding the firm's real estate portfolio. Previously, Cryan was co-chairman and COO of Atlanta-based Homestead Village Inc.

Macfarlan Real Estate Services Kim Bonfield has been named CFO of Dallas-based Macfarlan Real Estate Services. She is responsible for financial operations. Previously, Bonfield served as vice president and portfolio manager for New York-based Goldman Sachs & Co.

Golub & Co. Michael Goldman has been promoted from vice president of acquisitions to senior vice president of acquisitions and finance for Chicago-based Golub & Co. He is responsible for real estate asset acquisitions, securing financing in the debt and equity capital markets and structuring joint-venture partnerships. Previously, he served as vice president of Chicago-based Julian, Toft & Downey Inc.

American Seniors Housing Association Mark J. Schulte, president and CEO of Chicago-based Brookdale Living Communities, has been elected chairman of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA). William B. Kaplan, chairman of the board, of Chicago-based Senior Lifestyle Corp. Inc., has been elected vice chairman of the association. Karen M. Anderson, president, Boston-based Cordia Senior Living, and Edward R. Kenny, senior vice president, Des Moines, Iowa-based Life Care Services Corp., were elected treasurer and secretary, respectively.
