Apartmentless in Seattle? The Olympus is on the way

Foster City, Calif.-based Legacy Partners Residential Inc. has begun construction of The Olympus, a 327-unit apartment complex in Seattle, Wash. Completion of the facility is slated for March 2002. Legacy, in partnership with Chicago-based Equity Residential Properties Trust, recently purchased 1.4 acres on which to build the complex from Portland-based GSL for $15 million.

The complex, which will be located one block from Seattle's waterfront, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each unit will contain a washer, a dryer and a private patio.
