JOSEPH BELLINA has joined Newmark as executive vice president and will head the real estate brokerage firm's growing property management division. Bellina, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience, joins Newmark after serving the past three years as senior vice president of operations for Macklowe Properties, where he ran the property management department. Previously, Bellina worked at the Mendik Co. and its successor, Vornado Realty Trust.

JOHN M. BEANEY has been appointed senior vice president of retail leasing and sales for Los Angeles-based Colliers Seeley International. Beaney will be responsible for strategic market development plans for major retailers throughout the Western United States. Prior to joining Colliers Seeley, Beaney served as senior vice president of the western region for Katz and Associates, a national tenant representation firm.

IRA SLOMKA joined Charlotte, N.C.-based First Colony Capital as vice president of investment services and will be responsible for the analysis and underwriting of potential investment transactions. Prior to joining First Colony, Slomka was vice president of WB Realty Group in Chicago, where he analyzed acquisition, financing and marketing for the real estate investment groups.

STEVE BEAUCHAMP and JAN DAVID REESE joined Cypress Creek Capital as executive vice presidents. Beauchamp and Reese bring over 45 years combined experience to the capital markets group of Cypress Creek Capital. Beauchamp has worked in coordinating the sales of major commercial properties in 25 states and nine countries. And Reese has been responsible for development and financing of over $2 billion of real estate nationally.
