Robert Ten Eyck has joined Fremont Investment & Loan as a vice president of construction. Ten Eyck will be responsible for managing risk for the Southern California-based firm's growing portfolio of construction loans. Previously, Ten Eyck served as a senior project manager with McCarthy Building Cos., where he managed the company's construction pipeline.

Mark Rubin has joined consulting firm Schonbraun McCann Group as a managing partner. Rubin will lead the firm's new practice, which is dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals in the real estate industry. Previously, Rubin ran his own consulting practice that he founded in 1993.

Andrew Bloom has joined Manhattan-based Hudson Realty Capital as director and general counsel. Bloom will help structure transactions and originations. Previously, Bloom worked for law firm Sidley Austin, where he represented a variety of commercial real estate investment firms.

Gregory Matecki has joined Binswanger as chief financial officer. Matecki will be responsible for all corporate and financial policies at the Philadelphia-based firm. Previously, Matecki worked as vice president and chief financial officer at AAMCO Transmissions.
