Adam E. Rochlin has joined Onyx Equities, a private equities and real estate investment firm, as vice president of asset management. He will be responsible for the oversight and management of key assets across New York's Long Island and Westchester County, and Connecticut. Earlier, Rochlin served as executive vice president of GHP Office Realty.
Brian Schaefgen has joined Harbor Group International as chief financial officer. He will lead the financial aspects of the firm and has prior experience in senior level financial positions. Earlier, Schaefgen served as chief financial officer for a cruise, marine and travel company.
Rod Santomassimo has been promoted to senior vice president of Sperry Van Ness. He will lead a team of regional directors who service all of the firm's advisors. Previously, Santomassimo served as regional director and vice president of the National Advisor Organization.
Kevin Maggiacomo has been promoted to senior vice president of Sperry Van Ness. He will be responsible for identifying companies that will represent his firm in its continued expansion efforts. Maggiacomo has been instrumental in leading the expansion of Sperry Van Ness.
