R&V Management says, "Si!" to Oro Vista

San Diego-based R&V Management Corp. has purchased Oro Vista Apartments, a 218-unit complex in San Diego, for $14.6 million. Locally based Norman C. Roberts Trust was the seller, and Business Real Estate Brokerage Co. (BRE)/New America International (NAI), also of San Diego, represented both parties in the deal.

All of the units in the 179,000 sq. ft. community have two bedrooms, and 132 units feature two bathrooms and average 776 sq. ft. in size. The remaining 86 apartments have one and one-half bathrooms and average 855 sq. ft. in size. Amenities include a pool, spa, playground and laundry facilities.
