Bill Sipple has joined the CB Richard Ellis Hotels Group as senior vice president, where he will work in sales, advisory, finance, market research and valuation services to meet the capital needs of investors and individual owners of hotel properties. Previously, Sipple served as corporate vice president of development in the Americas for Carlson Hotels Worldwide.
Kelly Fried has joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as second vice president with the firm's valuation and consulting group. Fried has held positions at Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. and The Gem Real Estate Group. Fried's clients have included lenders, property users and investors.
Kathy Briscoe has joined IDS Real Estate Group as chief investment officer. Briscoe will be responsible for securing and serving new institutional investors and investment consulting clients. Previously, she served as executive vice president of Lowe Enterprises Investors LLC.
Neal Kleinman has joined Vintage Real Estate as vice president of asset management. He will be responsible for managing the firm's portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets. Previously, he served as vice president of property management for Centro Properties Group.
