Boot Barn Takes First Idaho Store in Twin Falls

TWIN FALLS, IDAHO—Boot Barn has signed a 12,587-sq.-ft. lease at 1175 Addison Avenue East in Twin Falls, Idaho. It will be the first Boot Barn retail store to open in the state. Matt Mahoney of Lee & Associates Idaho represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented by Kevin Mortenson.

Anchored by an Albertson’s grocery store, the retail center is commonly known as 5 Points. Boot Barn is slated to open in October 2012.

Boot Barn is an apparel company offering boots, jeans, shirts, hats, outerwear, protective work wear, western wear, western tack, belts and accessories for western and work customers. Founded in 1978, Boot Barn plans to add 12 employees to its Idaho team upon opening. With the addition of the Twin Falls store, the company now operates 94 stores in 10 states across the U.S.
