Daveri Hires McShane for Affordable Housing Construction

GLENVIEW, IL—Daveri Development Group LLC, based in Chicago, has hired McShane Construction Co. to put up Greenleaf Manor here, a 20-unit affordable housing project.

The townhome development will consist of three residential buildings in a two- and three-story format at Sanders Road between Milwaukee Avenue and Willow Road. Ten two-bedroom, five three-bedroom and five four-bedroom floor plans with in-unit laundry and integrated garages at ground level will be constructed.

The Illinois Housing Development Authority allocated Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to the project in the financing of the development. McShane expects to finish the building by October.

Jeffrey Raday, president of McShane, says in a statement that this is the second multifamily construction assignment by Daveri, as McShane is now completing Daveri’s Myers Place in Mount Prospect, Ill. “The McShane team takes pride in its customer-focused approach, allowing us to provide the best construction services possible to one of our most valued clients.”

Cordogan, Clark & Associates is providing the comprehensive architectural services and Manhard Consulting, Ltd. is providing the civil engineering for this affordable housing assignment.
