FLEx Lighting Signs into Chicago Tech Space

CHICAGOFLEx Lighting, an LED technology developer, has signed a 13,000-sq.-ft. lease to move into 25 E. Washington here.

The company was previously located in much less space at 208 S. Jefferson. Mike Casper, president of the firm, said in a statement that he expects his firm to keep growing and hopes to add to Chicago’s growing technology district. “FLEx is revolutionizing the design and function of consumer electronic devices and general lighting products to make them thinner, more efficient and even bendable,” he said.

Josh Feldman with Bradford Allen Realty Services assisted the company with the lease. The building is about 47,000 square feet, and is wired for tech services. The building was listed at about 50% vacant in October.
