John Buck Hires CBRE to Lease Parkway North

DEERFIELD, IL—The John Buck Co. has hired CBRE as leasing agent for the one-million-sq.-ft. Parkway North Center campus here.

The campus boasts three office buildings, a full service Marriot Suites Hotel, a Bright Horizons day care center, jogging/walking trails, lake views, three on-site food service facilities and a 10,000-sq.-ft. athletic club including on-site management and 24/7/365 manned security. Tenants include Mondelez International, formerly known as Kraft Foods.

CBRE’s Michael Whisler and Adam Showalter were named representatives for the Lake County complex.
