CHICAGO—Murphy & Hourihane LLC has selected Morgan/Harbour Construction to complete a 9,911-sq.-ft. office build-out at 161 N. Clark Street in Chicago.
Murphy & Hourihane, a Chicago-based law firm, along with project manager Transwestern, selected Morgan/Harbour for the tenant improvement project. Ben Warriner, vice president of construction, is the project executive and Steve Rogers is the project manager leading the construction team for Morgan/Harbour. Tom Cunningham is the project superintendent for the firm. Architectural services will be provided by Fitzgerald Earles Architects and Associates.
Murphy & Hourihane is relocating from a previous location on Wacker Drive to the new Loop location. Construction will include the build-out of open workspace, private offices, conference rooms and a break room.
Construction is scheduled for completion in summer of 2012.
