Polsinelli Shughart Adds Third Floor as Chicago Office Continues Growth

CHICAGOPolsinelli Shughart is expanding its space at 161 N. Clark Street in Chicago by an additional 18,000 sq. ft. to accommodate the law firm’s growth. The firm will now occupy space on a third floor of the Chicago Title and Trust Building. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the lease for Polsinelli.

“We’ve come a long way in six years,” said Chicago Managing Director Anthony J. Nasharr, who helped start the firm in 2006. “We are very excited to be part of a growing national law firm, and expanding to the 46th floor will help us accommodate our clients and serve them with greater resources and talent that the professionals we have added provide.”

Originally, Polsinelli Shughart occupied 29,000 sq. ft. on the 41st and 42nd floors of the Tishman Speyer’s property. The firm will now occupy additional space on the building’s 46th floor.

The firm has more than 600 attorneys in its offices in more than 10 offices in the U.S.
