P&R Honeymoon Claims 7100 Dixie Highway for $2.7M

FAIRFIELD, OHIO—P&R Honeymoon L.L.C. has purchased a manufacturing/distribution building on 12.79 acres located at 7100 Dixie Highway in Fairfield, Ohio for $2.7 million. P&R Honeymoon, a food service packaging company, plans to use the space to manufacture packaging materials.

Binswanger represented the seller of the 226,000-sq.-ft. property, Pella Corporation. The transaction was handled by Rob Gemerchak, senior vice president in Binswanger’s Sylvania, Ohio office and Jim Medbery, senior vice president in Binswanger’s Atlanta, Ga. office.

The property includes reinforced concrete floors, tilt-wall construction, 30-ft. ceiling heights and steel columns. In addition, 7100 Dixie Highway offers 15,500 sq. ft. of office space, 24 truck docks a five-ton bridge crane and parking for up to 250 vehicles plus 50 trucks/trailers.
