Private Investors Purchase Marion Towne Centre in Ohio

MARION, OHIO—A private investment group has purchased Marion Towne Centre in Marion for an undisclosed amount.

Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. in cooperation with Mike Paolucci and Hunter Whitten of Select Strategies Realty, exclusively represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.

Located approximately 50 miles north of Columbus, Marion Towne Center is a 426,905-sq.-ft., single-story, enclosed regional mall. The property is anchored by Elder-Beerman, JoAnn Fabrics and a separately owned Sears. Additional retailers include Wolf Bros Supply, Dollar General, House of Hunan and a freestanding McDonald’s.
