Reed Construction Completes 181 W. Madison Renovation

CHICAGOReed Construction has completed a 13,000-sq.-ft. build-out on behalf of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF) at 181 W. Madison in Chicago.

The build-out, completed by Reed Construction and overseen by MB Real Estate Services, included the construction of an elevator lobby and a multi-tenant corridor on the 39th floor of the building.

HFF is owned by HFF Inc. HFF operates from 20 offices nationwide and provides commercial real estate and capital markets services to the commercial real estate industry. The firm recently relocated to 181 W. Madison from a previous location at 200 W. Madison.

Senior Project Manager Brian Courtney led the build-out for Reed Construction. The architectural services were provided by Hydzik Schade Associates.
