David Burkards, senior vice president at MB Real Estate, represented Lucas Group in an 8,924 square foot lease renewal and expansion. Lucas Group is an executive recruiting and placement agency that offers consulting services nationwide.
Danny Nikitas, executive vice president, Konstantine Sepsis, vice president and Doug Noble, associate completed a renewal for online research firm Knowledge Networks for 5,097 sq. ft. Burkards also completed a renewal on behalf of trial consulting firm DecisionQuest for 3,548 square feet.
The owner of the 623,524-sq.-ft. office tower, a partnership of Lincoln Property Co. and PIMCO, was represented by Kim Robare with Lincoln in the transactions.
