KANSAS CITY, MO.—United Country Real Estate, a fully integrated network of conventional and auction real estate professionals in the U.S. and Central America based in Kansas City, Mo., has continued its 2012 with the opening of two new offices in Costa Rica.
With these office locations, United Country Real Estate’s network spans 511 offices.
The two new offices serving the south-central Pacific coastal areas of Pavones and Dominical, Costa Rica will augment the company’s existing foothold in the country, which also includes offices in San Jose and Playa Jaco.
With unit sales up over 23 percent through the second quarter, United Country has no plans to slow down its expansion this year and will expand into six more areas of Costa Rico, Panama and Mexico by year’s end.
“With the real estate market conditions significantly improving, we expect to see this strong growth continue throughout 2012,” said Dan Duffy, chief executive officer for United Country Real Estate.
