Fort Worth, Texas – The Woodmont Company, a national retail real estate company specializing in brokerage, development and property management, has named 25-year industry veteran Gwen MacKenzie as President of Brokerage Services. MacKenzie will be charged with growing the firm's brokerage business. The Woodmont Company has also promoted several executives including:
Karen Mitchell: Promoted to Executive Vice President, Mitchell specializes in landlord representation and tenant representation. Mitchell previously held real estate positions with Developers Diversified Realty and Walmart.
Peter Jacobsen: Promoted to Vice President, Jacobsen specializes in the development of shopping centers and build-to-suits for national credit tenants.
Trip Green: Promoted to Vice President, Green specializes in landlord representation for development and redevelopment projects as well as restaurants regarding their real estate needs.
Grant Gary: Promoted to Vice President, Grant specializes in development and brokerage.
Bryan Dyer: Promoted to Vice President, Dyer specializes in landlord representation.

MacKenzie brings more than 25 years of retail experience to The Woodmont Company. Previously, she excelled in roles with Federal Realty Investment Trust, Sperry Van Ness and Donahue Schriber where she secured more than $750 million in transactions, working with national publically traded REITs, prominent investment funds, life companies, teachers' pension funds, regional developers, private investors and major institutional owners.
MacKenzie is a cum laude graduate of Pepperdine University's George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. She earned the Senior Certified Leasing Specialist(SCLS) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
