NEW JERSEY—2K Millennium, a sports ticketing agency, has signed a 2,700-sq.-ft. lease at 85 Main Street in Hackensack, N.J. The new tenant will occupy more than 50 percent of space at the 4,000-sq.-ft. office property.
NAI James E. Hanson Dominic M. Fittizzi and Anthony J. Cassano, both vice presidents, represented the property’s landlord, Horizon at Edgewater LLC, in the transaction.
